A downloadable game

Gladius is a top down hack and slash game made in UE4 as a collaborative project between Staffordshire university students.

The games story has the player start at the bottom as a lowly roman slave but they can change it all by fighting for their honour and their freedom by battling to the death in the arena.

The game features a variety of period weapons for the player to use which all have different abilities and special attacks, there is also a selection of different armour sets to wear that affect they movements and survivabiltiy.

To good in the arena for mere mortals then you will be pitted against the roman god of the sea himself Neptune who using water based attacks will decimate and destroy even the most skilled of opponents. Do you have what it takes?
